How free agent placement works

1. Register as a free agent for the league, night and level (Sipper, Sweater or Swagger) you want, and pay your fee.
2. Tell us a little about yourself: experience, positions you like, and any friend you're hoping to play with.
3. Before the season starts, we place you on a team that needs players. We try to keep co-ed ratios balanced and match experience to level.
4. Your captain reaches out before the first game, or you meet everyone at the kickoff party.

The fine print

• We place every free agent we can. If we can't find you a spot, you get a full refund.
• Want to stay with friends? Register as a small group (2–5 people) rather than as separate free agents.
• Captains who need players can ask us for free agents at any time.
• Free agents pay the same per-player price as everyone else: $75.
• Free agents follow the same rules and code of conduct as every player.
• All rosters must be co-ed, with enough women to fill the required women's spots on the field or in the game. We keep that in mind when we place free agents.
