Every role is part-time and paid, with flexible weeknight and weekend hours. You must be 21 or older. Pay: TBD.

Referee

What you'll do: Officiate kickball games (and cornhole when needed), know the rules inside and out, keep play safe and fair, defuse disagreements calmly, and report scores after the game.

You're a fit if: You're confident, fair and friendly, comfortable making calls in front of a crowd, and can work 2–3 nights a week. Experience officiating is a plus but not required. We train you.

Site Manager

What you'll do: Run the league night from start to finish: set up fields and equipment, check in teams and players, manage refs and the schedule, make weather calls with the office, handle injuries and incidents, and pack up afterward.

You're a fit if: You're organized, dependable and a natural leader, and you have reliable transportation. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, or we'll help you get it.

Social Ambassador

What you'll do: Host partner-bar nights and parties, welcome free agents, capture photos and video for social media, and help grow the league. See the ambassador program.
